Neucel strives to hire employees best suited for each job, based on qualifications and ability to perform the work required.
Potential applicants are encouraged to submit their confidential resumes and references in person or via e-mail. The privacy of the information submitted will be protected, and the information will not be shared or disclosed to persons not involved in the decision as to whether to hire a candidate.

All resumes we receive are kept on file for a period of twelve months. This practice allows us to build a potential database of candidates. If an applicant is not hired immediately he or she will be considered for future job opportunities. While we appreciate all applications, only those applicants who are immediately being considered for a position will be contacted for an interview. The interview process usually involves two (2) parts:
- A telephone pre-screen
- A formal, structured interview involving Human Resources and the appropriate department Supervisor or Manager.
